On June 1st we invite you to experience the fun of sailing on the lake!
Children with the age between 6-18 y.o. can enjoy a free ride on a kayak or a training boat on Herastrau Lake.
This Open Day will give children a safe and enjoyable introduction to water sports under adult supervision.
Kayaks, sailing boats and equipment, including lifejackets, are supplied.
Registration is done upon arrival by the accompanying adult and boarding is following first come first served rule. Places are limited.
The children will be accompanied by a trainer on the boat.
Children under the age of 14 will be accompanied by a parent on kayak (all free of charge).
Time on the water: 15-20 minutes
Only in front of the club.
Kayaks and stand up paddles (SUP) are available for renting for adults and teenagers with the age 18+
Sailing Academy has training courses specifically designed for children, with short but interesting activities where they have fun whilst learning fundamental sailing skills!
We offer everything ranging from introductory sessions (no experience needed) to advanced sailing courses.
